1. Eligibility for Cancellation 

Cancellations are accepted only for orders that have not yet been shipped.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an eligible order, please get in touch with our customer service team at support@cbtap.com or call us at +971 50 184 0184 as soon as possible. Provide your order number and any other relevant details to assist with the cancellation process.

3. Confirmation of Cancellation

   Once your cancellation request is received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may be eligible for a return under our return policy.

4. Refund Process

For successfully canceled orders, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds may take 15-20 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Exceptions

Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started, even if they have not yet shipped. Please contact our customer service team for any questions or assistance regarding our cancellation policy.
