CBTAP.COM Refund Policy


Introduction

At CBTAP.COM, we prioritize customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and processes for obtaining a refund.


Refund Eligibility

Products and Services

1. Physical Products:

   - Refunds are available for physical products within 15 - 20 working days of purchase.

   - Products must be returned in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

   - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon receipt.


2. Digital Products:

   - Refunds for digital products are generally not available due to the nature of the product.

   - Exceptions may apply in cases of technical issues or if the digital product was not as described.


3. Services:

   - Refunds for services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

   - If a service was not provided as agreed or was unsatisfactory, please contact us within 7 days of the service date.


Non-Refundable Items

- Custom or personalized products.

- Downloadable software or digital products once they have been accessed or downloaded.

- Any products or services explicitly marked as non-refundable.


Refund Process

1. Request a Refund:

   - Contact our customer support team at support@cbtap.com to initiate a refund request.

   - Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and the reason for the refund request.


2. Return Authorization:

   - If eligible, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.

   - Products returned without authorization may not be accepted.


3. Inspection and Approval:

   - Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our refund criteria.

   - You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund request.


4. Refund Issuance:

   - Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

   - Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.


How to Return Your Order

1. Log in to your account.

2. Go to Dashboard > My Order.

3. Under order list, click on the eye button.

4. Click on the Refund button.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- Items returned more than 5 days after delivery.


Late or Missing Refunds

- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@cbtap.com.
