Return Eligibility

Products

1. Physical Products:

   - Returns are accepted within 5 business days of purchase.

   - Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

   - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon receipt.


2. Digital Products:

   - Returns for digital products are generally not available due to their nature.

   - Exceptions may apply for technical issues or if the product was not as described.


Non-Returnable Items

- Custom or personalized products.

- Downloadable software or digital products once they have been accessed or downloaded.

- Any products explicitly marked as non-returnable.


Return Process

1. Initiate a Return:

   - Contact our customer support team at support@cbtap.com to start a return request.

   - Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for the return.


2. Return Authorization:

   - If eligible, you will receive a return authorization number and return instructions.

   - Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


3. Inspection and Approval:

   - Returned products will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet our return criteria.

   - You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your return.


4. Refund Issuance:

   - Approved returns will be processed within 5 business days.

   - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.


Partial Returns

Partial returns may be granted for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or items returned more than 5 business days after delivery.


Late or Missing Refunds

- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
